What is Klani?

Klani is a coordination platform designed specifically for cleaning companies with teams of 3 to 20 workers. It replaces WhatsApp, phone calls and spreadsheets with a web panel for the coordinator and a mobile app for workers.

How is Klani different from using WhatsApp to coordinate the team?

WhatsApp has no visibility into service status, does not allow job assignment with automatic confirmation, does not keep structured history and mixes personal with professional. Klani centralises the entire operation: the coordinator sees in real time which services are completed, pending or have incidents, without needing to call anyone.

What does the worker mobile app include?

Each worker sees their daily services with address, access instructions and property photos. They can report incidents with photos, chat with the coordinator and receive push notifications if there are changes to their schedule.

How much does Klani cost?

There are three plans: Basic at €39/month for teams of 1 to 3 workers, Professional at €59/month for teams of 4 to 10, and Enterprise at €99/month for teams of up to 20 people. All include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.

Is Klani GDPR compliant?

Yes. Data is hosted on servers within the European Union and is never sold or shared with third parties. Klani is registered in Sweden under Svern Platform and complies with European data protection regulations.

How long does it take to set up Klani?

Initial setup takes approximately 10 minutes: create the account, add workers and enter the first property. Workers can start using the app on the same day.

Does the app work on iPhone and Android?

Yes. The app is available on Google Play and the Apple App Store.

Can I manage multiple properties or locations from one account?

Yes. Klani allows you to manage multiple properties from a single account, with individual property sheets including photos, access codes and special notes.

What happens when a worker reports an incident?

The worker reports the incident with a photo from their app. The coordinator receives an immediate notification on the web panel and can resolve or escalate the incident with a single click. Everything is recorded in the property history.

Is Klani suitable for holiday apartment cleaning companies?

Yes, it is one of the main use cases. Companies that manage cleaning between Airbnb or holiday apartment stays benefit especially from the visual calendar, property sheets with access instructions and real-time notifications when a service is completed.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. There is no commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the panel, with no penalties.
