Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Klani (klani.eu), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use the service.

2. Service description

Klani is coordination software for cleaning companies that includes: a web dashboard for coordinators, a mobile app for workers (Android), property management, services, incident reporting, and messaging.

3. User accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• An account may only be used by the company that registered it.

4. Trial period and billing

• We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.
• After the trial period, you must choose a paid plan to continue.
• Billing is monthly and renews automatically.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• We do not issue refunds for periods already billed, except where due to our error.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Klani for:

• Illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Transmitting harmful, offensive content, or spam.
• Attempting unauthorized access to our systems.
• Reselling or sub-licensing the service without express authorization.

6. Intellectual property

Klani and all its content (code, design, branding, documentation) are the property of Klani. The data you enter into the platform belongs to you.

7. Service availability

We aim to maintain 99.5% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and will not be liable for outages beyond our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Klani's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Zaragoza, Spain, unless applicable law requires a different jurisdiction.
